Our target

We are working toward WCAG 2.2 Level AA. This development release is not an accessibility certification or a claim of complete legal compliance.

Using the interface

Navigate by keyboard with Tab and Shift+Tab. Open buttons with Enter or Space. Use the skip link to reach the main training content. Exercise guides use modal windows with a visible close button; Escape closes them and returns focus to the trigger.

Primary training controls are designed with generous tap areas. Training data appears in labeled tables as well as charts. You can use written exercise instructions without relying on color or diagrams. Timers are visible and do not require sound.

Motion, zoom and display

The site respects reduced-motion preferences. Browser zoom is not disabled. Layouts are designed to reflow on narrow screens; wide history tables have their own scroll area. Illustrations can use larger panels.

Known limitations

Screen-reader behavior and complete WCAG conformance have not been independently certified. Simplified exercise images do not substitute for accessible personalized coaching. We have not yet implemented alternate-language content, captioned exercise videos or live chat support.
