TRAINING READINESS

Consistency matters. So does recovery.

Exercise can involve serious injury risk. Our rule-based generator cannot assess your medical history, movement quality, heart health, equipment setup or whether a training load is suitable on a particular day.

Before starting

Consult a qualified healthcare professional before beginning if you have an injury, medical condition, symptoms or restrictions, are recovering from surgery, or are uncertain about safety. Ask a qualified coach to teach unfamiliar lifts and advanced sports skills. Check equipment and surfaces before using them.

Use the right effort

Warm up, practice techniques at a controlled speed, increase training gradually and allow meaningful rest. Record accurate session feedback. The program is an aid to planning, not a command to complete every prescribed movement or to work through pain.

When to stop

Stop for pain, lightheadedness, fainting, severe shortness of breath, chest discomfort or loss of movement control. For emergency symptoms, contact emergency services rather than VEXIRON support. Persistent or unusual symptoms need professional evaluation.

For athletes

Games, practices and travel add to total load. Speed, sprinting, cutting, jumping, baseball throwing, and contact drills may need in-person coaching and sport-specific progression. Reduce supplemental work when already fatigued; the app cannot coordinate with your team training staff.

Guide illustration limitations

Our original movement placards simplify biomechanics and may not depict every safe variation. Cone maps illustrate routes, not exact scale, timing, clearance or field conditions. Unreviewed movements are labeled; always read the full steps and seek qualified guidance.
