Clear terms for your training.
Version: October 21, 2026 · revision 6. These terms describe the current service and the membership policy that will apply when paid subscriptions launch. Private-preview payments are simulated; no real subscription charges are collected.
Read the cancellation and refund policy and Privacy Notice. Questions? Email support@vexironfitness.com.
1. Agreement and the business providing the service
These Terms of Service (Terms) govern use of the VEXIRON website, Training HQ, digital training plans, exercise guides, progress tracking, and related services (Services). The operator is VEXIRON FITNESS LLC, doing business as VEXIRON (Company, we, us). Contact us at support@vexironfitness.com.
Before first plan access, we request affirmative agreement to these Terms and a separate training-risk acknowledgment. We make the Privacy Notice available for acknowledgment; it is not a bundled authorization for optional processing or marketing. In the live service, accepted versions, authenticated account identity and server timestamps must be recorded. In the anonymous local demo, plan acknowledgments stay in that browser profile. In signed-in private development staging, plan acknowledgments are saved with training data to the Supabase account when the save succeeds. Signup test acknowledgments are also submitted to Supabase. These test records are not authoritative evidence of a customer contract. Payment authorization and optional messaging consent are separate. The current prototype is for testing and is not a functioning paid service.
2. Eligibility and account authority
Membership is available only to people who are at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into these Terms. Users must provide accurate information, keep login credentials secure, and notify us of suspected account misuse. Do not share accounts or attempt to access another user’s records.
We may suspend access for reasonable security or misuse concerns with notice where practical. We will not use these provisions to avoid statutory refund or privacy obligations.
3. Nature of the coaching service
VEXIRON provides general fitness education, rule-based program suggestions, workout logging, and athletic-training drill references. Programs depend on the answers and training data supplied, may be incomplete or unsuitable for particular circumstances, and do not involve real-time monitoring of the user.
The Services do not provide medical advice, medical diagnosis, rehabilitation, physical therapy, emergency monitoring, or guaranteed results. Unless separately and truthfully advertised, plans are not custom-reviewed by a human coach and are not generated by a live artificial-intelligence coach. VEXIRON is not a substitute for professional assessment.
4. Physical activity risks and safety responsibilities
Physical exercise, resistance training, running, jumping, agility work, contact sports and athletic drills can cause strains, falls, joint injury, equipment-related injury, cardiovascular events or other serious harm. No software can eliminate these inherent risks.
Before participating, assess your own readiness and seek guidance from a qualified health professional if you have symptoms, an injury, medical restrictions, pregnancy-related concerns or uncertainty about safe participation. Use inspected equipment and an appropriate environment, learn techniques under suitable supervision, warm up, build gradually and stop if a movement causes pain or abnormal symptoms.
If you experience chest pain, fainting, serious breathing difficulty or other emergency symptoms, stop and seek emergency assistance. Do not send emergencies through VEXIRON support. For speed, throwing, contact, maximal-effort or technically complex drills, qualified in-person coaching may be especially important.
5. Acknowledgement of risk — subject to applicable law
By voluntarily participating in exercise while using the Services, you acknowledge the inherent risks described above and agree to exercise reasonable judgment regarding your training choices and surroundings. This acknowledgement is not intended to waive rights that cannot legally be waived, excuse gross negligence or intentional misconduct, or shift responsibility for defective services where law does not allow it.
This acknowledgment does not create a separate release of liability. Any separate activity waiver would need to be presented for your affirmative agreement.
6. Your input and training records
You are responsible for providing honest and current information about your experience, available equipment, exercise preferences, practice load and limitations. Do not use a plan to work around a medical restriction or injury. Program changes based on user feedback are estimates, not clinical judgments.
Quick workout check-ins are self-reported attendance. They do not establish that all prescribed work was performed or create weights, repetitions, training time or verified results. Optional weekly commitments are personal planning prompts, not additional training prescriptions. Athlete status enables a foundations area, but pain, unsafe surroundings and substantial team workload can pause supplemental exercises.
You retain rights in your own training logs and other content to the extent allowed by law. You give VEXIRON a limited permission to process that content solely to provide, maintain, secure and improve the Services in the ways explained by the Privacy Notice. You should keep independent copies of important records.
6A. Member feedback and optional review publication
You may provide a rating and written feedback reflecting your own experience. Do not submit fabricated experiences, impersonate another person, disclose another person’s private information, or include threats, spam or unrelated material. Feedback is not an emergency or medical-support channel.
Public presentation requires a separate optional choice. Permission covers display of your chosen nickname, rating and submitted review in the specified review area, not unrelated advertising or an unlimited right to rewrite your words. Owners may respond separately. We do not condition incentives on positive sentiment or withhold a review simply because it is critical. A content-policy decision must identify a legitimate reason, and submitted text and rating are not editable by the moderator.
In this local development version, reviews and owner responses are stored only in the same browser. Public-preview entries are labeled demonstration data, are not purchase-verified and are not published as real testimonials in production. You can edit your review, which returns it to pending review, or withdraw public permission. Future server-side processing, moderation records and withdrawal/deletion procedures must be implemented and reviewed before real publication.
7. Illustrations and exercise guides
Exercise art, anatomical sketches, form cues, drill paths, distances and diagrams are educational illustrations. They are not a substitute for a qualified coach assessing your movement. A two-frame diagram cannot show every joint angle, tempo or individual variation. Cone drawings may not be to scale; confirm directions, measurements and safety space before attempting a drill.
We may label an illustration as pending review where its accuracy is uncertain. Do not treat an unlabeled or simplified illustration as proof a particular exercise is safe for you.
8. Membership, pricing and pre-launch status
Sandbox billing update — October 21, 2026: allowlisted private-staging accounts can test either $14.99 USD per month or $89.99 USD per year through Stripe. Annual membership is one upfront yearly charge, not monthly installments. The seven-day introductory trial is available once per member on first enrollment, on either plan. Stripe test payments do not move real money. No early-member promotional rate is offered. Public enrollment and live payments remain disabled. Final prices, applicable taxes, trial dates, renewal dates and cancellation rules must be disclosed before a live purchase.
No fee may be charged unless you affirmatively enroll through a functioning, secure checkout and authorize the specific recurring terms. A free trial is not the same as a free permanent plan. Any future offer is governed by its disclosed checkout terms and applicable law.
9. Recurring billing and trial conversion
Once payments are enabled, any auto-renewing plan will renew at the disclosed price and interval until canceled. Before collecting payment information, we will clearly identify the subscription price, monthly or annual renewal interval, trial end, first charge date, any introductory discount period and subsequent standard price, taxes if known, and how to cancel. The signup flow must obtain express, informed consent separately from optional marketing consent.
Where required by applicable law, we will provide advance renewal or free-trial-expiration reminders based on your actual subscription dates and confirm cancellation. Payment authorization is separate from agreement to these Terms.
10. Cancellation, expiration and refunds
The following policy applies to paid memberships when live subscriptions become available. Current private-staging subscriptions use test payments only.
You may cancel at any time. Sign in, open Manage membership, select Manage billing / cancel, and complete cancellation in the Stripe customer portal. Check the confirmation and displayed end date. Cancellation stops the next renewal; eligible access continues until the displayed trial or paid-period end. Cancel before the trial ends to avoid the first membership charge.
Cancellation does not automatically refund earlier charges or delete your account or saved training history. If payment fails, training access may be unavailable until resolved; billing management and training-data export remain available.
If you cannot access the cancellation controls, email support@vexironfitness.com from your account email with a clear cancellation request. If our handling delay causes a renewal after we receive a timely cancellation request, we will correct the resulting charge.
You may request a full refund within seven calendar days after your first successful paid membership charge, whether you chose monthly or annual membership. This first-payment refund is available once per member across both plans. The refund window is in addition to the seven-day free trial. Requests are timely based on when we receive them, not when we finish reviewing them.
When we issue this first-payment refund, we cancel the subscription and end the refunded membership access. We refund the first payment, including applicable taxes collected for that payment, without deducting payment-processing costs. Account deletion is a separate request.
Later monthly or annual renewal charges and unused portions of a paid period are not normally refundable. We will correct duplicate charges and billing errors and provide refunds or other remedies required by applicable law. Nothing in this policy limits non-waivable consumer or payment-dispute rights.
To request a refund, email support@vexironfitness.com with your account email, charge date and amount. Do not send card numbers, security codes or passwords. VEXIRON reviews requests and authorizes refunds; Stripe processes approved refunds to the original payment method. Bank processing times vary, so the money may not appear immediately. Contact us if an approved refund remains pending or fails.
11. Payment processors and disputes
Private-staging test payments use Stripe-hosted Checkout and the Stripe customer portal. Stripe handles payment-card entry; VEXIRON stores billing identifiers, subscription and invoice status, and test checkout acknowledgments rather than complete card numbers or security codes. A live purchase will require authorization of the final disclosed recurring terms. Please notify the verified support channel of billing errors; statutory chargeback rights and other consumer remedies remain available.
We may modify prices for future billing periods only after any notice and consent required by law. We will not silently charge an undisclosed price.
12. Service changes and interruptions
We may fix defects, update programming rules, add/remove exercises, or interrupt access for maintenance or security. We will take reasonable steps to avoid unnecessary data loss and communicate material changes. We do not promise uninterrupted availability or that a program will always be suitable for every goal.
Any change affecting an existing paid subscription will be handled under the applicable contract and consumer-protection rules.
13. License to access VEXIRON
After enrollment, and subject to these Terms, VEXIRON grants a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use our training content and software for your own lawful training. Ownership of VEXIRON branding, original artwork, software, graphics, and guides stays with the Company or relevant licensors.
You may keep permitted copies of your own training history. You may not resell, mass-distribute, scrape, bypass access controls, or falsely claim ownership of VEXIRON training material.
14. Acceptable use and security
Do not harass support staff or other users, submit illegal material, probe other members’ information, defeat security controls, disrupt the platform, or misuse automated messaging. Security testing requires prior written authorization. We may investigate reports of abuse and take proportionate action consistent with applicable law.
Report suspected vulnerabilities responsibly to support@vexironfitness.com; never include passwords or sensitive medical details in ordinary support tickets.
15. Email and customer communications
Launch communications use email. Text messaging is not included. Service and account emails may be necessary for authentication, security and membership administration. Optional weekly check-in reminders are a separate choice in Email preferences; they do not authorize promotional messages.
Weekly check-ins review a Monday–Sunday week and become available on Sunday in your selected time zone. An optional reminder is scheduled for Sunday evening, around 6 PM, with an overnight retry window if needed. Delivery can be delayed or fail. The reminder links to your signed-in check-in; it does not automatically submit answers or change your plan. Your plan is refreshed after you submit your check-in, subject to readiness restrictions and any unfinished workout. You can stop reminders in Email preferences or through the unsubscribe link in each email.
In private development staging, reminder delivery is restricted to approved owner test addresses and depends on the sending service being connected. Supabase account confirmation and recovery emails are available. Stripe sandbox billing notices are configured. Public enrollment, live customer billing and marketing campaigns remain disabled.
16. Privacy and data protection
Our Privacy Notice describes personal data we collect, how we use it, when we share it with vendors and what choices are available. Fitness logs, exercise limitations and free-text notes can reveal sensitive information; we ask that you avoid submitting unnecessary medical details.
Production privacy practices must match actual technical behavior. The anonymous local demo stores training and support-preview information in that browser profile. When private development staging is configured, signup and login use Supabase, and signed-in training data is saved to the verified account. Unsaved changes remain in the current tab until saving succeeds. Weekly check-ins, including goal snapshots, feelings and energy choices, are saved with account training data. Product-feedback reviews, support drafts and active workout timer drafts are not cloud-backed. Production access and live payments remain disabled; see the current Privacy Notice.
17. Support and response times
Email support@vexironfitness.com for support, billing, cancellation, refund or privacy questions. Support is handled asynchronously; no specific response time or around-the-clock availability is promised. The development demo allows local test support requests but does not email them to this inbox. Support does not provide emergency or medical assistance.
18. Disclaimers to the extent permitted by law
Except for express promises in a paid plan description and rights that cannot lawfully be limited, the Services are provided on an as-available basis. We do not warrant particular muscle gain, weight loss, game performance, prevention of injury, or uninterrupted compatibility with all devices.
Nothing in these Terms excludes applicable consumer guarantees, statutory warranties or mandatory rights.
19. Responsibility and limits of liability
The Services are for personal training use. To the extent permitted by applicable law, VEXIRON is not responsible for lost business profits, lost commercial opportunities or other indirect commercial losses arising from use of the Services. These Terms do not impose a fixed monetary cap on claims; responsibility and available remedies otherwise depend on applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, intentional misconduct, death or personal injury where a limitation is prohibited, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be limited. This section does not restrict promised refunds or non-waivable consumer, privacy or payment-dispute rights.
20. Responsibility for misuse
To the extent permitted by law, users may be responsible for third-party claims directly arising from their unlawful misuse of the Services, violation of others’ intellectual property, or unauthorized access caused by their deliberate acts. This provision does not require consumers to indemnify VEXIRON for its own negligence or unlawful conduct.
21. Resolving complaints and disputes
Please contact support@vexironfitness.com so we can try to resolve billing, access and service complaints. Contacting us first is not a condition of exercising your rights to contact regulators, use available payment disputes or pursue legal remedies.
Utah law governs these Terms, except that mandatory consumer protections applicable where you live continue to apply. These Terms do not require binding arbitration, waive class actions or require an exclusive court location. A dispute may be brought in a court with jurisdiction, including an eligible small-claims court.
22. Ending accounts and data export
We may terminate or suspend an account for significant security or conduct violations after proportionate notice where possible. You may request account closure at support@vexironfitness.com. Canceling a subscription and deleting an account are different operations. A closure request concerning a subscription will also be reviewed to stop future billing.
You can export your training data using the available account or local-demo controls. Automated account deletion and retention workflows are not implemented in the current private preview. Contact us for a verified access, correction or deletion request; the Privacy Notice explains current storage and retention. Clearing browser storage does not delete a cloud account.
23. Updates to these Terms
We may update these Terms for legal, security or product reasons. The effective date and a version history will be posted. We will give required notice for material changes and request fresh consent where law or fairness requires. Material changes will not retroactively strip vested consumer rights.
24. Operator information and contact
Operator: VEXIRON FITNESS LLC, doing business as VEXIRON. Customer support, legal and privacy contact: support@vexironfitness.com. Effective date: October 21, 2026. Version: revision 6.
These Terms, the billing and refund policy, and the specific offer you affirmatively accept govern your use and membership. If any provision cannot be enforced, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law. Nothing here removes mandatory rights. Public enrollment and live payments remain disabled while VEXIRON is in private preview.
